Warranty Policy
At YardTitans, we stand behind the quality and durability of every lawn mower we sell. Because we design our mowers to perform year after year, we offer a 3-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty on all residential models — one of the strongest warranties in the industry.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly through YardTitans.com or authorized dealers, provided the product is used under normal residential conditions.
1. What Is Covered
Your YardTitan mower is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
This includes:
- Engine components (carburetor, starter, block, etc.)
- Transmission and drive system
- Cutting deck and housing
- Frame and structural welds
- Electrical system (including battery in electric models)
- Labor costs at authorized service centers
If a covered part fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
2. What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Commercial or rental use (unless specifically purchased with a commercial warranty upgrade)
- Improper maintenance (e.g., running without oil, failing to change air filter)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Use of non-OEM parts or accessories
- Accidents, negligence, or misuse (e.g., mowing over rocks, using on slopes beyond recommended grade)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., blade dulling, tire tread wear, belts under routine use)
- Weather-related corrosion or storage damage
Consumable items such as spark plugs, blades, air filters, and oil are covered only if defective upon arrival or proven to have failed prematurely under proper use.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim:

- Diagnosis: Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting or request photos/videos if needed.
- Approval & Repair/Replacement: If approved, we’ll ship replacement parts at no cost or coordinate with a local service center for repair.
Most claims are resolved within 5–7 business days.
4. Transferability
The 3-year warranty is transferable to a new owner if the mower is sold or gifted during the warranty period. The original proof of purchase must be provided, and the remaining warranty time applies.
5. Service Options
You have two options for warranty service:
- Mail-In Parts Program: We ship replacement parts directly to you with step-by-step instructions.
- Authorized Service Centers: We partner with over 300 service providers nationwide. We’ll locate the nearest center and cover all approved labor and parts.
No need to return the entire mower unless necessary.
6. Exclusions and Limitations
- The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
- Shipping charges for initial delivery are not refundable.
- Indirect damages (e.g., lawn damage, missed mowing time) are not covered.
- This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Implied warranties (such as merchantability) are limited to three years.
7. Registration (Optional but Recommended)
While product registration is not required to activate your warranty, we encourage you to register your mower online at yardtitans.com/warranty-registration. This helps us track your coverage, notify you of recalls or updates, and speed up claim processing.
