3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We provide free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states with no order minimums. Orders ship from our U.S. distribution centers and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.




4. What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your mower within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund. We cover the cost of return shipping and do not require a reason. After 30 days, your purchase is protected by our comprehensive warranty.




5. What does the warranty cover?

Every YardTitan mower comes with a 3-Year Full Coverage Warranty, one of the strongest in the industry.


This includes:

  • Repair or replacement of defective parts
  • Labor costs at authorized service centers
  • Return shipping for covered claims

The warranty is valid for residential use. Commercial use requires enrollment in our Commercial Pro Protection Plan.




6. How long does assembly take?

Assembly takes less than 15 minutes. Each mower arrives 90% pre-assembled. You simply unfold and secure the handle, add oil (included), and connect basic components using the tools provided.


A step-by-step video guide is accessible via QR code on the packaging to ensure a smooth setup.




7. Can I use a YardTitan on hilly or uneven terrain?

Yes. All models are equipped with large rear wheels (13” or 14”), a low center of gravity, and an adjustable deck leveling system. They perform reliably on slopes up to 20 degrees, making them ideal for yards with natural grading or elevation changes.




8. Are replacement parts available?

Yes. We maintain inventory of all major components—including blades, belts, bags, wheels, and engine parts—for at least seven years after a model is discontinued. Parts can be ordered directly through our website and typically ship within 24 hours.




9. Do you offer financing options?

Yes. We offer 0% interest financing for 12 months through Affirm at checkout. You can split your payment into bi-weekly installments or spread it over a year with no hidden fees. Approval is instant and does not impact your credit score.

11. Where do you ship?
