Welcome to YardTitans.com. These Billing Terms and Conditions govern the payment, invoicing, and financial policies related to your purchase of lawn mowers and accessories from YardTitans ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to comply with these terms.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • Financing through Affirm (subject to approval)
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption and PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.


2. Pricing

All prices displayed on YardTitans.com are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. However, the price charged for an item will be the price listed at the time the order is placed.


Prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. You are responsible for all state, local, or other taxes associated with your purchase.


3. Order Confirmation and Authorization

When you submit an order, you authorize us to perform a pre-authorization (hold) on your payment method for the total amount of the order. This is not a charge but a temporary hold to verify funds.


You will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory shortages, suspected fraud, or other reasons.


4. Charges and Invoicing

Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is confirmed and processing begins. If your order includes multiple items that ship separately, you may see multiple charges corresponding to each shipment.


An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address associated with your order. This serves as your official receipt.


5. Subscription or Recurring Payments (if applicable)

Currently, YardTitans does not offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time transactions unless otherwise stated.


If we introduce subscription-based products or maintenance plans in the future, separate consent and cancellation policies will apply.


6. Financing Agreements

For orders using third-party financing (e.g., Affirm), your payment terms, interest rate, and repayment schedule are governed solely by the agreement between you and the financing provider. YardTitans is not a party to that agreement and does not lend money.


Failure to make payments to the financing company is your responsibility and may affect your credit standing.


7. Refunds and Return Credits

Refunds are issued according to our Return Policy. Once we receive and inspect a returned product, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account (typically 3–10 business days).


Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


8. Price Adjustments and Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Must be applied at checkout
  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
  • Are valid only for the dates and conditions specified
  • May be revoked for abuse or unauthorized distribution

We do not issue price adjustments for purchases made before a sale or after a discount expires.


9. Failed Payments and Delinquent Accounts

If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other issues, we may suspend order fulfillment until payment is resolved. We are not liable for delays caused by payment processing issues.


For bulk or commercial accounts with net terms (if offered), overdue invoices will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% APR) on the outstanding balance.


10. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to investigate any order that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or inconsistent with past behavior. This may include:

  • Holding shipment
  • Requesting identity verification
  • Canceling the order without liability

We cooperate fully with law enforcement in cases of attempted fraud.


11. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us directly at contact@yardtitans.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent ban from future purchases
  • Reporting to fraud networks
  • Recovery fees up to $50 per dispute

We will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate issue quickly.

We may update these Billing Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
